The following are archived versions of the original governing documents because interest in these documents is widespread from time to time. Included is a file typed up by that ne’er-do-well website manager Bob Thornburgh in 2018 which puts them all into a neat package noting where they have been changed and added to. It should NOT be considered a “go-to” source for any information. It is there as an easy to look at chronological reference and may contain errors. Currently these documents only cover a period from 1982 to 2009.
