Zoom in for your Deer Meadows POA Board Meetings

In order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Deer Meadows POA is providing an alternative to viewing Regular  Board Meetings and providing comments on items on the agenda. These alternatives allow the Deer Meadows POA to adhere to social distancing requirements, follow the state, county, and city orders, conduct business and provide a way for the members to provide public comment live during the meetings.

Submitting Comments

Members may address the Board of Directors at Regular Open Session Board Meetings.

Written requests may be submitted via email the day of the meeting or during the meeting at President.deermeadows@gmail.com

Members may also chat request through the Zoom meeting interface.

Instructions for Participating via Zoom

I do not have a computer or smart phone, can I still use Zoom?

If you don’t have a smart phone or computer to access the meeting via Zoom, no problem! You can participate on the phone, call-in details will be provided. Send a request at least 3 days in advance to president.deermeadows@gmail.com.

If I have difficulties preparing for the meeting and learning Zoom, do you have any resources to help me?
