The Deer Meadows POA clubhouse is available to Deer Meadows residents on a first-come-first-serve basis. Before submitting a request via the contact form on the about page, please check the calendar below to confirm if the date(s) you are interested in are available. Below is the rental policy:

DMPOA Clubhouse Rental Policy

All property owners whose assessments are up to date may reserve the Deer Meadows Clubhouse for their use on a first-come, first-served basis. Clubhouse reservations may be made by contacting the DMPOA President @ president.deermeadows@gmail.com.  Approval for the requested date and the receipt by the DMPOA of the completed reservation form and monies due for the reservation period will validate the user’s request.

A minimum fee of $25.00 entitles the member to a four-hour period of use. Additional hours may be requested @ $7.00/hr.

The following applies to all users of the Clubhouse:

• All users are responsible for the cleanup of the Clubhouse (including all dishes, utensils, etc.) and other areas used during their reservation period, including the removal of all trash to the bins in the deck area.
• Members reserving the Clubhouse are responsible for the conduct of their guests during the reservation period. Member must be present at all times.
• Reservations are available between 9am-11pm each day, provided the Association has no activities planned. The Clubhouse must be vacated no later than 11pm.
• Reservation of the Clubhouse does not include the private use of the pool or allow the member to exceed the permitted number of guests (6) to use the pool without prior DMPOA Board approval. 
• Reservation form and fees must be received 48 hours prior to rental period. Fees will be refunded if canceled 48 hours prior to rental date.
• The Clubhouse may be used for all DMPOA functions without charge.
• Members reserving the Clubhouse assume responsibility for any damage and the cost to repair it occurring during the rental period.

Members and guests assume full liability and/or risk associated with the use of the clubhouse and pool. The DMPOA assumes no liability and/or risk by renting this facility
